What you’ll learn

  • You’ll start with learning how to connect to your partner. We teach you different exercises and methods to create physical connection to help you lead and follow successfully. Next you will do so through dance frame and position. Then we teach you to move naturally so it doesn’t look awkward!

  • Once you’ve established a solid foundation through the basics it’s time to spice it up. We give you a few options to elevate your base dancing and add some twirls and a dip too!

  • This chapter is for those who want more of a challenge and really wants to impress! You can stay in Chapters 1-2 forever if you’d like, however this chapter will really mix it up and add another level to your dancing!

Course FAQ

  • Yes, Chapters 1-2 are built for beginners and is essential to start there and work through the course. The beginning of the course sets the foundation to become dancers and have success throughout the remainder of the course!

  • Of course we recommend completing the entire since it will only help you become more confident. However, you can stick to Chapter 1 if you only want something very simple, but we really recommend at least getting through Chapters 1-2 to get a more complete experience! Chapter 3 is for those wanting to step up their dancing game.

  • This course is designed for people wanting to dance with a partner. You could go through the course once on your own to get a feeling for your own part and then we recommend inviting a friend or loved one to join you to get the full experience!
